I am in TSC too,my niw got approved at 01/24/2005, 485 is pending,RD 03/2005, FP 05/2005. a lot of niw cases in TSC get approved around 3-4 months, u better wait untill ur niw approved, then think to move to Califonia or Vermont Centr, never think about Nebr
