1。如果我以B1身份递交I485，最多在美国待半年，但是如果离开美国又很难再以B1进美国了， 因为有“移民事实”的risk。
B1 cannot co-exists with 485.

如果我有多次往返的H4， 是否可以自由进出美国（在递交I485后），而不用申请AP？ 同理， 我太太如果有多次往返的H1， 就不用申请AP了，对否？
No. If you leave US during 485 pending without AP, your 485 is automatically abandoned. Of couse you can still enter US with valid H1/H4 visa after 485 discontinued.

2。如果我在递交I485的同时申请EAD工作， 多久能等到EAD， 还是在和I485同时批准的吗？EAD的工作是多久的？ （问题是， 如果我以EAD工作，H4就会失效， 我进出美国就只能申请AP了， 对否？）
Usually 1-3 months. If you don't get it within 90 days, you may schedule infopass and go to local USCIS office to get an interim one on the same day. EAD is valid for one year, but you can renew it every year. Once you use your EAD, your H4 gets invalid.

3。如果我同时有H4和B1签证， 在H4失效后， 我的10 年B1还有效吗？记得有朋友说过还继续有效， 可以进出美国， 对否？
If you don't file 485, yes B1 is still valid. But as soon as you file 485, B1 goes away, but H4 still exists if not expired at the time.
