You will need to submit the latest I20 with you on it as dependent. The I20 from several years ago is likely to be non-SEVIS I20. You *should* have gotten the SEVIS I20 already.

You got here initially as F2. Your hu*****and has always been F1, now you want to change to F2, I guess you were on F1 at some point?
