How to answer # 36 on DS156

My I 140 Has been approved, and I have not filed I 485 yet. My wife will have a business trip to China this week. I wonder how should she answer # 36 question on DS 156, "has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf ?", yes or not? thanks a lot!!
