Since you have assistant professor title, why not try EB1A or EB1B. Then you will not be asked to address about LC or national interest issues. Do not panic, you still have a good chance to succeed in GC application later even you are not lucky this time. Do not be too upset, you have not received the decision from INS. Good luck!
