1. 通过劳工（LC）办绿卡, 是不是必须要国内的工作证明?
Not necessary, if your USA work experience is enough

2. 因为原单位本不同意我出来,所以不给我开证明。找以前同事写一个证明可不可以。还需要公证吗？
Sure. I did it. Even no need his signature. Just get his permission and I signed for him
