1. 我的TN将在5月31日到期，如果收不到EAD卡，是不是五月三十日以后就不能工作了

2. 我之前的H1b还有一年没用完，我现在是不是可以申请H1b, 以便我可以在五月三十一日后使用H1b继续工作如果我的EAD在那时候没收到

-Yes, you can talk to your employer to file I-129 to change your TN to H-1B. But it may take about 5 to 6 months to get the H-1B approved unless your employer agree to use premium processing which costs about $2805 or $2965 (after Feb. 28).
