After you leave US, your TD Approval Notice is void. You need to have your marriage certificate, your spouse's TN Approval Notice or/and TN I-94, the employment verification letter from your spouse' employer, and your spouse's latest 3-month paycheck stubs to get your TD I-94/status at the port of entry when you return to US.
