我们是加拿大公民，现在L1在美国，今年五月到期，前年抽中H1b，当时选择了边境激活，本来打算下个月去一趟美加边境的，现在这种情形真不想出门，请问还能改成境内邮寄签证吗？谢谢！

-Yes, ask your employer to file I-129 to change your L-1 to H-1B. You had better ask your employer to use premium processing to get the H-1B approved in 15 days so that you can work as an H-1B holder before your L-1 status expires.
