被裁后他可以在美国呆多久呢？
-Based on the new rule, he has a grace period of 60 days. During the grace period, he can legally stay in US to find new job or change his TN status to another status such as B2.

可以呆3个月吗？因为他想小孩能上完这学期的课，也想有些时间卖房子。这是法律允许的吗？多谢了！
