Invitation
All the USTB’s alumni including individuals who studied, taught, and/or worked at the USTB and/or its affiliated units/companies, and their families including spouses, children and parents are invited to attend this Gathering that will be held at Thornlea Secondary School, 8075 Bayview Ave, Thornhill, ON L3T 4N4 on March 3, 2018.
How to get to Thornlea Secondary School
From Hwy 404, exit on to Hwy 7 West, and then turn on to Bayview Ave South. Thornlea Secondary School is on the East side of Bayview Ave. Free Parking (please see the map for details) and walk into Cafeteria Room for registration and picking-up your name card.
Pre-registration
The pre-registration is required for the organization of the activities. Please inform us how many adults and children from your family will participate in the event by (1) 直接在微信群 “北科大（钢院）加拿大校友群” 中报名, (2) sending an e-mail to ustb.caa@gmail.com, or (3) directly phone 张兵 at 905-409-8670 or 洪海斌 at 416-357-6868.
Food
Due to difficulty in preparing food on site, the Gathering Event will not provide food. Everyone is required to prepare enough food/potluck and drinks for themselves and sharing with others.
Notes
1. $5 per person (6 years old and under free) will be collected when arriving at the site for the event necessities and costs.
2. The event is scheduled to go regardless of the weather.
