请教8老师: 持中国护照，在美国境内换工作，H-1B签证trasferred 到新公司，拿到 I-797。是不是可以在加拿大旅游期间到美国驻多伦多领事馆激活签证，还是必须返回中国，到美国驻中国大使馆/领事馆办理？非常感谢！

-I am not sure. You may check the website of the US Consulate. But it is risky even if you can because if it is denied, you can not return to US from Canada, and have to fly to China to apply for the visa from Canada.
