妈妈今年四月底持B-2签证入美。八月去加拿大坐邮轮至阿拉斯加回美。刚刚查了她的 I-94, 已经自动延期了六个月。是这个样吗？

-If she got a new I-94 with new expiration date, then she can stay in US until the new I-94 expires.

 

问题是，我三周前已递上她的 I-539 延期申请，还未回复。 应该如何处理？

-It does not matter, and leave it alone. USCIS may not approve it.
