就是象我的这种情况，是激活H1好呢还是保留TN好？如果找不到工作都要离开美国，是不是就不用再激活H1了？
-if you don't have a job, you can not keep/have H-1/TN status. After you lose your job, you are out of status. If you find a new job, you can go to the US-Canada border to get the H-1 or TN status to work. 

我的TN还有两年时间，H1用的是境外申请，就是说虽然我得到了批准，可是还要到BORDER激活拿I-94。我LAID OFF 的时间是在两周后，激活H1的时间是10月1号。所以，我有个选择，用TN工作到最后一天，或是在10月1日激活H1用它来工作10天？
-Does the H-1 sponsor/employer continues to hire you on/after Oct. 1? If no, you can not use the H-1 approval notice to enter US. If yes, fine.


不知道哪个好些？请8老师给点建议。谢谢
