急求老师：妻中国护照住温哥华。130于本月10日appral（2012年9月提的排期），两小孩拿加国护照，夫绿卡。
 

求教：1，妻7月底继续拿B2入美，争取8月或9月提485可以吗?

2，两小孩拿加国护照，没有I94,怎么办，不能一起申请485？
-Yes, the kids do not need I-94 and just fill "No I-94 issued/Canadian citizen" in "I-94#" in Part 1 of the I-485.

那么等妻拿到绿卡，再申请子女启动824做移民签?
 

3，妻不想在温哥华面签，那么尽快入美申请485是否最好选择?
