如果明年继续在小学教书，继续以opt延期再教一年会有问题吗？

Depends on what major. If it is STEM major, fine.

除了opt延期。如果想再继续工作一年的话还能有其它方法吗？

-He may change F-1 (OPT) to H-1B, but he needs H-1 quote, so ask the employer to file H-1b petition as soon as possible if he wants to be H-1b holder. TN status does not apply to elementary or high school teacher.
