Because the Canada immigration stamp on my Chinese visa, the Chinese Consulate asked me to provide the proof to prove that I am not a Canadian Citizen. The "Voluntary Relinquishment of Permanent Resident Status" is the only one that the Chinese Consulate can accept to prove it. Although I showed the offical the expired Maple card, it did not work.
