请教8老师和众位老师：目前有还在有效期内的H4 EAD，还有两个月有效期。现在要申请 I-485 pending 情况下的EAD. 在这新的申请里，Part 1, Reason for Applying, 是应该选 1.a. Initial permission to accept employment, 还是应该选 1.c. Renewal of my permission to accept employment 呢？换言之，这个 (c)(9) EAD 是算全新申请呢，

还是应该算现有的 (c)(26) EAD 的 renewal?
-No.
