check the 4 star hotel price on hotwire and then bid on priceline at 30% lower if you want the trouble. we went to oahu last year and stayed at Prince Wakiki hotel(4*) for about $120/night through priceline, nice hotel. In the big island, bought through hotwire @ $180/night on 5* Prince Hapuna Beach, really worth it. Rack rate for these hotels are over $300.
