I am not sure where your next stop is. I stayed at Hurricane and Kanab because I went to Grand Canyon North Rim after Zion and Bryce. Cedar city is a little far to Zion South entrance, unless you also want to see North side of Zion - the Kolob Canyons, which has very different senery than South Zion.
