求救，Hk的入学年龄是怎么算的？

我Daughter的生日是2005年10月，到底应该是上Y1 还是幼儿圆？还有能不能请大家推荐一些好的公立的幼儿圆？ 康乐圆国际学校怎样？谢谢！
