如何提供收入证明?

I registered a company early this year. Now one employee asked me for proof of income to apply for credit card. How should I provide the proof of income? anyone know the template of proof of income in HK?

My company is a small one and doesn't have accountant. Do I need to talk to accouting firm to get one or I could provide one myself? Thanks.
