请教进入香港的签证，在线等，谢谢！！

我现在在美国，下个月需要短期开会去香港；我是中国护照，拿美国有效f1学生签证。
请问我需要申请进入香港的签证么？如果申请，在哪里申请呢？在驻美国的中国大使馆么？

我在香港会停留3天2夜，其中最后一天需要去一趟深圳。请问，我进入深圳和从深圳回香港的时候都需要办哪些手续呢？在什么地方办理呢？

第一次去香港，完全没经验，请大家指导。谢谢！！
