HK offer salary

Hi, Fellows,

I got an offer from the US Bank in Hong Kong. It is an C++ IT role. They pay 1.2 millions HD Dollar + bonus + benfits (medical, life, dental), roughtly the same I got from my current poisition in NY.

I tried to push for an increase in the base to 1.3 m, but they refused to do that. Is this offer acceptable?
