办回乡证，是不是一定要取消国内的户口？

拿著外国护照，但中国的户口还没取消。去办回乡证的时候跟他们说没有中国户口了，行吗？如果说有中国户口，是不是一定会被取消？

如果要取消中国户口，那宁愿不领回乡证了。坚持到被他们清理出去为止。
