The relative is going to apply 往来港澳通行证 for her in the local city police department, although the process is complicated. She needs to apply for 户口和身份证 first. This gives us a lesson that it is not easy for us to travel in our mother-land country. Especially for our next generation, it is hard for them to understand it.
