我查过中国驻美国领使馆的WEBSITE。(It is impossible to call them and get a response from 中国驻美国领使馆). It is requested that she should send the original passport as well we a letter from Hang Kong to get a 入港旅行证.But right now she is in China and her passport is in China.Thus it is impossible for her to get 入港旅行证 in USA. Do you know if there is a possibility for her to get 入港旅行证 in China?
