don't think 中国大使馆 can help on this matter.

to the point, you need to apply for a (long term stay) visa, (what ever the name is).

but your hu*****and's employer's HR should help you to apply for such visa. it's not only your job to get you a visa for you to stay in hk with your hu*****and, it's their job to get you a vaisa to stay in hk with your hu*****and so that your hu*****and will work for them in hk!

if the HR is so incomplete, you got to ask the HK immigration dept for the advise and submit your application. call hk immigration. you may need to ask your hu*****and's employer to give you some supporting document.
don't be cared by your 'chinease passport holder' status. HK has different category for chinese who has been staying oversea over 2 years.
