真的是很感谢，这么多热心人的回复，虽然还没有进一步的进展，但是心里好多了。谢谢大家的宝贵时间和关心。

秘书处的人第二封回复：
I have confirmed with the Immigration Department that you need to apply for the EEP as your visa label must be pasted on it.

刚刚从中国大使馆回来，态度很好，明确表示帮不上任何忙。

都在国外10年了，没遇到什么麻烦，没想到去个香港这么麻烦。

继续跟秘书处的交涉中。希望上帝保佑吧。
