请教：香港楼+游泳池

不好意思一家人都不会游泳，买带游泳池的楼觉得不划算，现在新楼基本都带游泳池吧，旧楼好像80年代末期好点的也有。不好选择。另外，是不是发展商把游泳池建在露天比建在室内赚得多？

不知道其他地方，纽约，伦敦的楼是不是也这样？

将来打算还是回到内地，不知道北京，上海，深圳新建的楼是不是也都加个游泳池？
