If some people buy houses in HK now, there are only two reasons. he/she is not smart or the person has too much money and want to waste in in HK to help the real estate business.

Or someone has printing machine at home and could print money, it is good time to buy house priced at hundreds of millions of HK dollar or higher.

If you think it is good time to buy, you could buy several yourself.
