iPad, iPhone, and other electronics

Hi,

My hu*****and and I have decided to move to Hong Kong from U.S. Recently Apply just released IPad and it is pretty cool actually. But it does not make sense to buy it if it is not useable in Hong Kong. Does anyone know about it? Also, I would like to move our TV set over if it is possible. Any tips on electronics will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
