a small apartment in HK is not worth the price. I bought several houses in US. The price I paid together is less than one 1000sq apartment in HK in New territories . The rent income is much higher than HK too.

To lots of person, the expensive apartment in HK is not worth to buy. Even the price drop 10-20% lower, I will not buy. Maybe I will consider buy after 30-40% drop.

Only silly person will buy those apartments now.
