One more question re: 强积金

not exactly sure how 强积金 work in HK but my employer said it is mandatory. I plan to go back to the U.S. after 7-8 years in Hong Kong and I will be very unlikely retired in HK. So my question is:
When I leave HK 7-8 years later, can I take 强积金 with me? Or does it have to stay in HK?
