no need to get upset by the university's attitude. after all, they don't run mover business ;-)
actually no company would give you detailed information on this. The generous companies would provide you relocating service, and thus pointing you to a relocation (mover) company. and the relocation (mover, e.g. Santa Fe) would give you all the advice and do the service for you. Actually Santa Fe moved me to HK from another continent,
