房价问题

看大家都说HK的house renting很贵，我想问问5000hkd per month可以租到什么样的房子？公司在中环。和别人share也没有关系，但是不能share room，只能share house。

我在Sydney, 和另一个女生share apartment，大概是10000hkd。

现在有个机会去hk。待遇和现在公司是差不多的，都是700K HKD。但是听说hk的tax少很多。而且我的package里有200k的housing allowance，听说也可以少交点税。是这样么？
