请问有哪位去过台湾自由行呢？如何办手续的？

在香港居住满4年可以去自由行。这时候需要回大陆申请签注吗？是否可以用大陆护照而不是赴台通行证出境呢（其实也就是说在香港直接出境去台湾是否可以）？或者可以到哪里查到相关手续和出入境指南呢？
