Yes, you must apply for a HK ID within 30 days after you entering HK first time with your working visa. It takes about 2 weeks to pick the ID, but once you complete the application procedure, you’ll get a paper ID with your photo and can be used as a normal plastic ID card.

Not too sure, but I think so.

3 香港居民身份证对每年进出香港的次数是不是有限制?

No. But you have to stay at least 183 days a year in HK to maintain your resident status, otherwise you could get troubles next time when you apply to renew your working visa.

3 优才计划 是不是直接给申请人 香港永久居民身份证?

No. Anyone has to live in HK at least 7 years before can apply the PR.
