We sold our apartment last month. and we suppose to get the whole deposit last month. but one day before we should collect the more than half of the deposit.
The agent come to my place and ask to sign a document to keep the deposit in lawyer's place. and he told us if we don't sign, he will lose his job and he kept crying.

we never face a situation like this before. I have years of experience of buying and selling houses in US.
but I still don't know what to do when I face a HK agent.

He kept crying, and told us if we don't sign he will lose his job. I told him that we could sign tomorrow and give us one night to think. and he didn't leave and still ask us to sign. Fiannly we gave up since it is already 10pm and we are tired.

Anyway, my hu*****and is soft hearted person. He sign finally .

But we decided that we will not buy property in HK anymore. Since it is horrible experience to buy and sell property in HK. really horrible.
