does not agree

i once went to HK from shanghai, with the reason that I am transitting to singapore. then after one day, when I left HK, the immigration officer asked why I did not transit and want to go back to china. I was brought to the supervisor. He gave me an oral warning and said the next time they can put me on a blacklist.
so need to obey the rule!
