Appreciate advice

Currently in US, job isn't in danger, female, single, >30, appreciate any inputs on below:

1. Career opportunities-wise, is it better to advance in carrers in HK as a chinese comparing with US, responsibilities/titles/pay...etc.

2. Personal life, is it easier to settle down with relationships/families, or people are all Fu2 Zao4 in big cities?
