house servant

Finally landed in HK! Lots of things to think about.
First and the most important, need someone to take care of my 2 year old daughter. I'm thinking of hiring a live-in servant who can be a nanny while does some housework. Can you guys let me know how to find a good one? Any useful website?
Second, where can I buys some used furniture and small electronics such as microwave?
