如何找到讲普通话的保姆：Advice needed!

I am urgently looking for a mandarin speaking domestic helper for my 4 year old child. She speaks mandarin and little English.

Anyone got any advice? I already called several agency and they are searching now. But they all told me that it is very difficult to find a mandarin speaking maid in Hong Kong.

Still don't understand why HK government would allow Philipinos, Indonesian, or Thailand people to come to HK to work as maid but not people from Mailand China. Still afraid after 10 years?
