My hu*****and is diagosed with 二尖瓣返流严重, I want to seek any suggestions. Below are the details:

1. Mirtral Valve regurgitation is severe

2. Mild to mederate pulmonary hypertension

3. The left vertricular cavity size is moderately increased

4. The left atrial area is moderately dilated

5. The mitral valve is myxomatous and there maybe a ruptured cord around the antenior leaflet.

Looks like he hase to have a open heart surgery to replace or repair the mirtral valve? Is there any options, such as 微创手术／经导管手术?
