Based on information contained in your medical record it appears that you qualify for a third dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. Studies have shown that patients who are taking certain medication or patients who have certain conditions may not mount an adequate response to the first 2 doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines. Those patients will benefit from an extra dose of the vaccine. The Johnson and Johnson (one shot) vaccine has not been approved for a second dose yet.
