It sounds like

you have a hip labral tear. I have the same issue, but at left hip joint. Hip labral tear involves the ring of cartilage (labrum) that follows the outside rim of the socket of your hip joint. Go to see your physical therapist. If you have medical insurance, you should take an MRI test.
