这是BBC做的视频，图中德国，意大利，英国reopen时都符合日新增小于千分之四的要求（白色虚线），而美国第一个州开始reopen是在4月底，后面两个红点分别是reopen的州达到50%和90%的日期，都早已英国。随之而来的疫情发展从这张图中就很明显了。
