西式甘草糖姜茶

简言之：埃及碎甘草五克，加糖姜一到二片，每天早上用开水泡一杯，温饮。防而不治，勿贪多。

 

碎甘草： licorice root, cut & sifted

糖姜片：crystallized ginger slides (cubes)
