X 光的检查结果出来了，帮我看看什么意思呀。

检查结果：** FINDINGS **:

Minimal retrolisthesis of L4 on L5 and minimal levocurvature of the lower lumbar spine.  Lumbar vertebral body heights are normal. Mild L1 L3, moderate L3 S1 degenerative disc disease.  Aortic atherosclerosis.

 

医生留言：Your back and neck xrays both showed arthritis as we expected.  Let's see how you do with the prednisone course.  If things are not better after the prednisone, let me know and we'll consider checking an MRI.

一、主动脉粥样硬化，这是第一次检查出来的。可逆吗？

二，最近一个来月，右臂无力，写字，洗碗，拿筷子都感觉别扭。（所以x光拍颈椎）

三，大半年来，右腿和脚感觉冰凉，沉，酸，行走或站立时加重。现在连躺着都麻、冷，甚至抽筋。（所以又拍了腰椎）

四，医生开了类固醇药，我想了解一下它的负作用有哪些。药名是这个：PREDNISONE
