剂量与危害密切相关。杜编那篇链接除了没写剂量外,更注意里面这句“However, scientists have urged caution in interpreting the results as establishing cause and effect is the field of nutrition is notoriously difficult.”

你给这段里“to avoid doses over 500 mg at one time”没说几天一次? 
总之我是这么看,不管是否真增加心血管风险,若需补充的,也不必多吃,啥摄入多了都一定没好处。
所以感觉我那家医说每次400mg每周2片算是谨慎D,她考虑到我是早产儿,先天骨骼就比其他人弱些,如今能保持这样算很不错啦。不过现在我还是在犹豫吃不吃。
